COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT

By submitting an entry for the contest, participants must agree that GetAFreelancer will acquire ownership of said entry by assignment of copyright whether the entry is chosen as the winning logo or not. Participants must agree to disclaim any trademarks and without limitation all other rights related to the submitted logo.

COMPENSATION

All logo designs submitted as entries for the contest will remain the property of GetAFreelancer and will not be returned to the designers/participants.
GetAFreelancer will not be liable in any manner, for entries lost, delayed or damaged.
Entries which does not meet the above required Submission Format will be automatically disqualified from the contest.
